Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns

-Return Due To Change Of Mind
We happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received within 30 days of receipt of the item and is returned to us in original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition. Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. A restocking fee of 10% will also be deducted from the refund provided.

-Package Lost In-transit
If the mail service loses your package. Please contact us immediately, we will ship you a new one at our cost or process the refund.

-The Item Is Defective Or Damaged When Upon Reception
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will ship you a new one at our cost or process the refund.

-Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please please do not open the package and contact customer service with next steps.

How To Return

To start a return, you can contact us at lanzonia@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If the returned item is damaged, it cannot be resold we cannot provide a refund you may receive exchanges for another product.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Shipping cost will not be refunded on non-free shipping items under any circumstances.
